X2 Halloween themed workouts in mixed teams of 4!

  • 1 x Strength workout

  • 1 x Metcon

FREE Beer provided by Jubel and hydration by fourfive.

Prizes for the winning team AND the best dressed

Halloween face painting available in reception 2pm–6pm if you want to look the part

This will be a night of fitness, fun, and plenty of Halloween spirit. Make sure to book your spot so we can place you into teams.

This is your chance to throw it down, have fun, and go head to head with likeminded people from over 50 gyms across the UK, all doing the exact same workout on the same day.

We’re calling on every single one of you to rally your crew!

Teams of 3 – all male, all female, or mixed – you choose.

Tickets are just £12 per person!

Grab yours and get ready for a day of high energy, heavy lifts, and full-on vibes.

Event Highlights:

Workout 1:

Every 2 mins, starting at 0, two team members have to complete the required calories on the RowErg and SkiErg before being allowed to contributre again on the BikeErg. BikeErg is IGYG , switch as often as you like.

Workout 2 is a strength test: Build to a heavy 3-rep Deadlift.
